Wheat For Breakfast

My recipe

Few cups of wheat

Two cans of tuna fish or two handfuls of thinly sliced mutton

Boil it. (in a magical slow cooker)

Season with some chicken bullion OR with a can of tomato paste

eggs
olives
tabasco sauce (just a little on top for some ZANG!)
