For years, I've been writing business 'how to' guides at rpgreseller. The site never got good traffic which would allow me to do sales, but I did get recognized by other business leaders, and I got some contracts with them. It paid off in the end. However, I gotta pay for the server each month, and it takes so much TIME maintaining it and doing all that writing.
I found someone that will take over everything. It was never earning, so that seems fine by me.
In the future, I may do a forum that focuses on how to do business in China, then I may attract the import/export crowd.

Out of Debt
I took most of my pay check this month and paid off a credit card.
With the CC done, and college loan done, I am now out of debt.
I plan on trying to stay this way for a while, and want to avoid anything but equity investments. e.g. if I go into debt to buy a house, that's not actually so bad because in a worst case scenario, I can sell the house, which should be appreciating faster than my debt, and I'll be ahead.
I've been becoming very interested in the prospect of land and home ownership. Land can provide a lot of self sufficiency, and a home is a place to live. I could either pay rent forever, or eventually have my own place.
Home ownership is big on my list because I want to share a house with someone that needs a break, financially.
I'm not sure if I'll eventually settle down in China, or the USA. I work do damned hard that I just never find time to learn Chinese. I do carry an MP4 player which has lessons on it. I turn it on whenever I am traveling around somewhere. I have a tendency to forget it though =\
